PLAY, The Palace Data Protection and Privacy Policy is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) that will govern how a company uses the data they collect and share.  This new regulation comes into place on 25th May 2018.  PLAY take the protection of your personal information seriously and can offer you assurance that this information will be kept safe and secure.  This policy will outline how. The term “We”, “Our” or “Us” relates to the company PLAY when used throughout this document.


1.0 What personal information we collect:

Should you contact us through our website, we document your personal data in our electronic client records, using the software Mailchimp.  This information will include your name and email address.  This is not an exhaustive list, but we will only use data you have given us for the purpose of Email Marketing, should you opt in.

2.0 Why we collect your personal information:

We will send you an email to obtain your consent for how you would like to be contacted in terms of future events, packages, offers or information that we may think would be of interest to you.


3.0 Who we share your data with:

Under strict guidelines, your data will NOT be shared with any third parties. 


4.0 What access you have to your data:

All data we hold and documentation we produce in relation to your contract of service with us, will be shared with you and stored for 25 years as per GDPR directive (2018). 

5.0 How you can update your marketing preferences:

You can email stating your email preferences or whether you wish to unsubscribe from emails.  If you see the text “unsubscribe” at the bottom of your direct emails from us you can click the link to update your preferences.
